Ceramics design is the theme of the seventh stamp series dedicated to contemporary Icelandic design. Hanna Dís Whitehead designed the artwork “Samtal“ (Dialog). Hanna Dís graduated in product design cum laude from Design Academy Eindhoven in Holland. Hanna Dís has participated in numerous exhibitions and was nominated in the category “New Talent” on Iceland’s behalf in European Ceramic Context which is a part of a bicentennial for European ceramics.
